1) Appropriate breakdown force
In order to break effectively, the breaker applies a suitable breakdown force.If the breakdown force is insufficient, then the hammer energy of the piston will not be able to effectively break down; in this way, the reaction force of the hammer force will be transmitted to the breaker body, the excavator/loader's boom, etc., thereby damaging these parts.
On the other hand, in the case of excavator/loader boom lifting, if the breakdown force is too large and the crushing operation is carried out, the machine may suddenly tilt at the moment of gravel, the crushing hammer is violent, and the crushing hammer violently hits the stone, which will cause damage to the crushing hammer. Under this condition, the vibration will also be transmitted to the excavator's tracks and wheels. Operation under this condition should be avoided.
Therefore, during the strike operation, always pay attention to the breakdown force of the breaker, and do not work when the breakdown force is not appropriate.
2) Breakdown direction
The breakdown direction should be in a straight line with the chisel.When the chisel crushes the rock, the work should be carried out in a vertical direction. If the hammering direction is tilted, the chisel may slip off during the hammering operation, causing the chisel and piston to break or get stuck.Therefore, when performing crushing operations, the breakdown point should be selected so that the hammering stability of the chisel can be guaranteed during the hammering operation.
