A debris shield device should be installed in front of the cab to prevent damage caused by debris flying during operation.
During the operation, all on-site personnel, including excavator drivers, must wear earplugs and masks.
The driver should sit in the seat to operate the broken hammer. The broken hammer can only be broken when the excavator/loader and the broken hammer are in normal condition.
If someone enters the hazardous area of the operation, the operation of the broken hammer should be stopped immediately; because compared with the excavation operation, the personnel can easily be hit by flying debris during the operation of the broken hammer.
When operating with a broken hammer, the operation of the excavator/loader should comply with the safe operation regulations of the excavator/loader manufacturer.Confirm the use of a broken hammer that is well installed and debugged normally.
Do not operate the broken hammer if you are drunk or have a reaction to taking medicine.
When detaching the curved back for maintenance and overhaul, ensure stable working conditions and lower the working device.
