The process of disassembling the grab involves multiple steps and requires careful operation to ensure safety and efficiency. The following are the general disassembly steps:
Preparation stage: First, make sure that the grab is in a fully open state, and place the bottom of the rack on the bracket so that the bucket flap leaves the ground. The purpose of this step is to start the disassembly process safely and avoid damage to the grab or surrounding equipment during the disassembly process.
Remove the bucket flap: Next, you need to remove the pressure plate of the pin between the bucket flap and the rack, the pressure plate of the cylinder, and the connecting pin of the bucket flap.Use a lifting device to lift the bucket flap and remove the kingpin and the cylinder pin.The purpose of this step is to separate the bucket flap from the rack to prepare for subsequent disassembly.
Disassemble the hydraulic pumping station: The hydraulic pumping station needs to be placed in a fully open state and the tip of the bucket is placed on the flat ground.Remove the power supply and motor cables from the top cover of the rack, remove all bolts, and lift the top cover of the rack away from the main body of the rack.Remove the bolts and oil outlet pipes between the pump flange and the main body of the machine, and use lifting equipment to lift the motor and the entire pumping station from the main body of the rack. The purpose of this step is to separate the hydraulic pumping station to facilitate further disassembly or maintenance.
Remove the oil cylinder: Place the grab in the fully open state of the oil cylinder, remove the protective cover of the oil cylinder on the machine, slowly remove the hydraulic oil pipe of the oil cylinder, drive four ropes, and use a container to collect a small amount of leaking hydraulic oil.Remove the upper and lower pin gland of the cylinder connected to the rack and bucket flap, remove the pin and remove the cylinder. The purpose of this step is to separate the oil cylinder and prepare for subsequent maintenance or replacement.
