4. Maintenance and maintenance of hydraulic system
In order to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system of the crusher, the system should be maintained and maintained regularly.First of all, check whether the oil quality is clean. If the oil quality is abnormally turbid or there are impurities, a new hydraulic oil should be replaced; secondly, check whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic pipeline. If so, the seals should be replaced immediately and repaired; At the same time, pay attention to the pressure setting of the hydraulic system to ensure that the working pressure of the system is within a safe range.
