2. The working principle of the breaker

The kinetic energy of the hydraulic oil inlet + the kinetic energy of the upper accumulator pushes the cylinder rod upward to compress the nitrogen chamber, and after pushing to the highest point, the reversing valve switches the direction. The kinetic energy of the hydraulic oil inlet + the kinetic energy of the nitrogen compression pushes the cylinder rod quickly downward and strikes the drill rod to complete the crushing work.

Three, the correct way to use

1.The drill rod is perpendicular to the strike surface and compacts the drill rod (oblique hitting can easily cause the drill rod to break and damage the cylinder block, and air hitting without compacting the drill rod will cause damage to the cylinder block).

2.The engine should be warmed up for ten minutes before the crushing operation, especially in winter, which will help the operation go smoothly; visually check the oil pipes for oil leakage before crushing, and deal with the oil leakage in a timely manner. Check whether the broken hammer oil seal leaks oil, and the oil seal should be replaced in time for oil leakage, otherwise dust will enter the piston and wear the piston.

3.Do not use a broken hammer to push heavy objects or large stones, which may easily cause the broken hammer bracket to break.

4.Do not use the drill rod to pry or shake, it is easy to cause the drill rod to break.

5.Do not strike continuously in the same place for more than 1 minute, otherwise it will easily cause excessive loss of the drill rod, and the position should be changed to strike. Larger and harder stones should be broken at the edge, because it is easier to break at the edge.

6.Insufficient strike operation during crushing, do not let the broken hammer fall on hard rocks, the broken hammer and machine structural parts vibrate too much and are damaged; improper engine speed will cause insufficient strike force and damage to the piston valve.

7.Do not perform crushing operations in water or muddy ground. Moisture can easily invade the piston, causing the piston to rust, and mud and dust can easily accumulate in the drill rod room to speed up the loss of the breaker.

8.Do not perform strike operations when the machine bucket, small arm, and large arm cylinders are fully extended or retracted. It is easy to cause the strike to vibrate and reverberate the cylinder block, causing the cylinder rod to break.

9.Do not use a broken hammer or drill rod to lift heavy objects, which can easily cause damage to machine parts or drill rods, and it is also easy to cause the risk of heavy objects falling off.

10.When the broken hammer is not used for a long time, the drill rod should be completely pushed into the broken hammer so that the piston cylinder rod can be pushed into the piston to avoid the cylinder rod from being exposed to corrosion and damage in the air.

11.Regularly replaced accessories:

The drill rod and excessive loss need to be replaced in time, and the drill rod pin must also be replaced at the same time, otherwise the drill rod is too loose and the loss of the drill rod will be accelerated.;

The oil seal and oil seal leak oil or need to be replaced in time for 6 months, otherwise the system will enter foreign objects and cause piston wear and damage to the excavator hydraulic system.;

Through bolts, nuts, shell bolts, hydraulic pipes, and bushings should be checked regularly, and any losses found need to be replaced in time, otherwise they will easily cause major failures.

When the hydraulic oil return filter element and the commonly used broken hammer are operating, the oil return filter element needs to be replaced within 250 hours.;

Hydraulic oil, commonly used in broken hammer operations, the hydraulic oil of the whole vehicle needs to be replaced within 600-1000 hours, otherwise the hydraulic system of the machine is easily damaged due to pollution of the hydraulic system.;

Original parts, due to the different design sizes of each breaker factory, the market parts are not applicable, and the original parts should be purchased for replacement to ensure working performance and service life.
